Attention all 2021/2022 Physics Students!
Congratulations to all participants in the Science National Honor Society's 3rd Annual Research Symposium on February 9th! Cash award winners will be announced soon. Top presenters will go on to compete at the SC Region 1 Science Fair at SWU on March 18th.
Tyler Crownover, Augustus Hedden and Wade Groff were selected to the SCBDA All-State Jazz Combo. There were 4 students selected from throughout South Carolina and three of them were Daniel students. Last Saturday, these three students met in Columbia with Dr. Robert Gardner from Lander University, rehearsed for three hours, and gave a 25 minute jazz combo concert during the SCBDA Master Recital as part of the South Carolina Music Educators Association Annual Professional Development Conference.
Tyler, Augustus and Wade were also selected for the SCBDA All-State Jazz Band which will perform at Newberry College on Saturday, March 5.

Junior and Senior Chromebook exchange makeup day is Friday.
Daniel’s second-semester Teacher Cadets shared the big books they wrote, illustrated, and bound with students at Central and Six Mile Elementary this week.

Underclassmen will go over course selection information and seat time. Juniors and Seniors will get prom information. Seniors will be updated on seat time, cap and gown orders, senior calendar and other important senior info.
Daniel High School Prom will be held Saturday, April 30th, 7-11 p.m. in the DWD Cafeteria and Courtyard. Please see the attached information sheet regarding prom eligibility.
