Foods and Nutrition
Our Foods and Nutrition program at Daniel is very popular with students and is active both inside and outside the classroom. Operated by Mrs. Sarah Jordan, an experienced caterer as well as an instructor, the advanced students are used to help prepare and serve food at many school functions and events. This gives many of our students practical experience which helps to prepare them for jobs in the food and hospitality industries. Many of our former students have gone to work in restaurants, hotels, cafeterias, or with wedding and event caterers. All of the faculty enjoys events for which the Foods Department brings cake!
